Design Process
Phase 1
CONSULTATION
The design is discussed with the client on site. This allows us to get a good feel for the space and develop a client brief based on their wants and needs.
Phase 2
CONCEPT PROPOSAL
Following the meeting and based on the client brief design proposals are prepared for discussion with the client. Proposals include a garden plan and 3D models, along with the plant and material mood boards.
Phase 3
DETAILED PROPOSAL
After discussion the design is further refined with added detail and amends.

Phase 4
TECHNICAL DRAWINGS
Once the master plan has been approved technical drawings will be developed. These include setting out, drainage, levels and lighting plans as well as cross sections, elevations and construction details.
Phase 5
PLANTING PLAN
The planting plan shows the locations of all the proposed plants. This is accompanied by a plant schedule listing exact names, sizes and quantities used for costing, ordering and setting out plants. An annual maintenance schedule as well as a planting palette will be supplied.
Phase 6
TENDER DOCUMENTS & SITE INSPECTION
A tender package is put together and sent to landscape contractors to quote for the work. Once the build is underway, we offer the option of regular site visits to monitor progress and maintain the integrity of the design. The regularity of these visits is up to you and can be discussed.
